All you need is just 2 hours to spare once a week, and you can go to the nearest Jeevan Mukthi Center to meditate.The weekly satsung will have

• A short reading session of "Living Enlightenment" book which gives valuable Life Solutions
• Watching a short discourse by Swamiji
• Meditate - Life Bliss Meditation (Nithya Dhyaan)
